English: Join me in exploring the art of Oriental Dance, commonly known as Belly Dance! In this workshop, we will learn how to: - Understand different types of dance movements. - Develop techniques for dance improvisation. - Learn how to structure and organize our dance practice. We will begin with some fundamental elements of Laban Movement Analysis (LMA). LMA is a widely used system for analyzing movement and consists of four main components: - Body: Which body parts are involved in the movement? - Effort: The dynamics and qualities of movement, including weight, time, space, and flow. - Space: The pathways and directions in which movement unfolds. - Shape: The form the body takes in space.
